Residents will live in modern, fully furnished apartments featuring 2 to 3 bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms. Each unit is designed with comfort and functionality in mind, offering quality finishes, natural light, and space for families of all sizes to feel at home from day one.
Beyond the front door, residents will enjoy access to shared community spaces including cultural centers, gathering areas, and open-air markets. These spaces are designed to celebrate Ghanaian & Haitian culture, encourage connection, and support daily life in a vibrant, walkable environment.
Every home comes with reliable electricity, clean running water, and high-speed internet, free of charge during the first year. A secure environment is a top priority, with community monitoring and local staff working together to ensure residents feel safe and supported at all times.
In the second year, residents will begin transitioning to affordable “Last Mile” housing, with options ranging from studios to two-bedroom apartments priced between $500 and $900 per month, depending on individual needs. This gradual shift supports families in building stability while contributing to the long-term sustainability of the community.
From the moment residents arrive in Ghana, they will be welcomed with care. Our team will provide airport pickup, transportation to the community, and a full housing orientation. We’re here to walk alongside each family as they settle in and begin this new chapter.
Streets will be pedestrian-friendly with well-lit paths, shaded walkways, and gathering spots that encourage interaction and community pride.
The first Little Haiti Global building will feature design elements that honor Haitian heritage, blending colorful facades, open courtyards, and locally inspired craftsmanship to create a distinct and vibrant visual identity.
Accessible, quality education will be a priority. Schools will be built within the community, with a focus on bilingual instruction, cultural literacy, and global readiness.
Community clinics and wellness centers will provide essential healthcare, maternal care, and preventative services with trained professionals on-site.
Green spaces, playgrounds, and sports courts will give children and families places to relax, play, and celebrate together.
Small shops, bakeries, salons, and open-air markets will be run by community members, creating jobs and keeping resources circulating locally.
Places of worship will reflect the diverse religious practices of the Haitian community, offering a space for spiritual reflection, unity, and support.
This is more than just a place to live. It is a place where Haitian identity is honored, where daily life is shaped by shared values, and where people come together to support, celebrate, and grow with one another.
