Pre-Qualifying Questionnaire

Answer the following questions honestly to determine your initial eligibility for the Little Haiti in Ghana Project.

1. Have you ever been convicted of a crime, or do you currently have any pending criminal charges? *
Any criminal history will result in automatic disqualification.
2. Are you a Haitian national currently facing hardship, displacement, or seeking long-term stability? *
3. Are you fully committed to participating in the project for its full two-year duration? *
4. Do you have the required financial resources including the $1,500 fee and $10,000 investment? *
5. Are you prepared to relocate to Accra, Ghana, between September and December 2025? *
6. Are you willing to undergo a background check and submit verifiable documents? *
7. Do you understand that you must arrange and pay for your own travel? *
8. Do you currently require English language support, or are you fluent in English? *
9. Are you willing to follow rules and participate in activities and vocational training? *
10. Do you have a sponsor or character reference, as required by the program? *
