Resident Services & Support

Empowering every step of your journey in Ghana.

Resettlement Support

From application to arrival, each resident will receive step-by-step guidance throughout the resettlement journey. Our team provides hands-on assistance with travel logistics, documentation, orientation, and early adjustment needs, ensuring a smooth transition into life in Ghana.

Housing & Infrastructure

Every resident will be placed in a well-built, modern apartment with essential amenities such as electricity, water, and internet. The broader community is designed with reliable roads, public facilities, waste management, and clean water systems to support long-term comfort and sustainability.

Cultural Integration & Education

To help residents feel at home, we offer workshops, community events, and school-based programs focused on Haitian and Ghanaian history, language, and cultural practices. Children and adults alike will have opportunities to learn, connect, and contribute meaningfully to the cultural life of the community.

Health & Wellness

All residents receive one year of healthcare coverage, including access to primary care, urgent services, and wellness support through our on-site clinic and trusted health partners. We also offer preventative programs and maternal care services.

English Language Classes

Free English classes are available to all residents during their first year. Whether conversational or job-focused, these courses are designed to help residents build confidence and thrive in an English-speaking environment.

Vocational Training

Residents can choose from a variety of six-month training programs in skilled trades and service industries, such as agriculture, hospitality, culinary arts, and construction. These programs provide hands-on experience and prepare participants for employment or entrepreneurship.

Economic Empowerment & Job Search Support

We offer job readiness support including resume assistance, interview preparation, and direct job placement connections. For aspiring entrepreneurs, mentorship and business planning tools will also be available to support sustainable income generation.

Banking, ID, and Driver’s License Assistance

Residents will receive guided support to open bank accounts, apply for national identification, and obtain a Ghanaian driver’s license—critical steps for long-term stability and integration.
