Collecting Information

Data is used exclusively for processing eLHG applications under Ghana’s Immigration Act. A valid eLHG Visa is mandatory for travel to Ghana or any other Little Haiti community.

Storage of Information

Data is stored securely under US and applicable foreign laws. It is anonymized or deleted after a set period. Records are retained for 4 years post-exit or until deletion is requested.
